This Ministry was created to launch new Ministry Outreaches around the World, and to send forth men and women to carry out the commission of Jesus Christ our Lord.
Our Headquarters is Washington State, U.S. A.. Our Church is Victroy Christian Center and our outreaches are everywhere.

This Ministry will span the globe, with Ministers in as many Continents as possible, our main emphasis will be always on Salvation, manifesting a Five Fold Ministry we will see signs and wonders as the Glory of God is demonstrated in revealing the presence and power of God.
Our vision is worldwide and progressive. We believe once a spark is ignited in us by the power of God, the Holy Spirit will breath on it causing a flame to rise as a light that will shine for all to see. Some say to catch the flame, I say, “Be the flame…”
We will be helping to train and equip saints all over for the ministry as commanded in the Word of God. Offering a variety of tools to better prepare you for the task of going into all the World. We will Educate and License men/women to carry out their duties of ministry.
We understand there are those who chooses not to go through a Denominational Institution to obtain their Minister License. We believe God calls and choose those He wants for ministry, we are here to help and assist you. As an Association of Ministers we will be connected with you and will be your back up prayer partner.
You can be part of this Association and together we can impact our world for Jesus. If your already a licensed Minister that is ok you can maintain your license and receive certification from us as a member of this Association.
